In the Nebrodi mountains’ woods lives the black-pig. This rare breed is raised in semi-natural state, eating acorns falling from oaks trees and also legumes used by farmers to supplement the food that this animal find along woods.
Black-pig muscles are well trained and contain the right ammount of fat. Meat is delicious, salami and hams too.
